Thank you for shopping with Creations Store LLC. We take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Return & Refund Policy is provided in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Returns

We accept returns on eligible non-perishable items within 14 days from the date of delivery or pickup, provided that:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition

  • The item is in the original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is provided

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to their perishable and customized nature, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Fresh flower arrangements

  • Preserved or natural floral products

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Food products (including chocolates)

  • Items marked as Final Sale

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

We will review the claim and may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been prepared or shipped. Due to the time-sensitive nature of floral arrangements, same-day and scheduled deliveries may not be cancelable.
